About Us

Duntro schools started off as Roseland Private School on January 6, 1996. It was situated at Ilamoye street, Surulere, Lagos before it moved to its permanent site at 4 Ileogbo street, Surulere, Lagos and was renamed Duntro Private School in 2001.

The Secondary school (Duntro High School) was also established in that same year. They moved to their permanent site at 15 Oremeji street, Ijeshatedo in 2004.

In 2005, it was awarded by the Lagos State Ministry Of Education its Approval to run as a co-educational school and since then it has been writing external exams like WAEC, NECO and JSCE in its school Premises.

Duntro School operates a curriculum that pays equal attention to the three domains of learning (ie cognitive, affective and psycho-motor)

The objectives of establishing the school are:

To establish a modern school that will meet the standard of similar institutions in the country and in the world at large.
To have guided programs that would be suitable for each child.
To have a family like conducive environment for learning and research
To train and produce students who would be intellectually balanced morally upright and socially responsive.
To mold character of the students and enable them imbibe a discipline pursuit of excellence.
